The primary objective of this medical navigation project is to address the challenge of limited access to medical care in hospitals. This will be achieved by developing a sophisticated model, IvyGPT, which incorporates an external knowledge base. The knowledge base will include medical expertise from our School of Nursing and disease-specific Q&A knowledge from partner hospitals. The ultimate aim is to utilize the Q&A capabilities of IvyGPT to provide patients with personalized disease counseling, departmental advice, and assistance in locating medical facilities.
